White Possum Maraschino Liqueur is a refined cherry liqueur that blends traditional Maraschino character with the unique sweetness of Australian desert peaches. Crafted through slow fermentation of sour cherries, it captures deep, luxurious cherry flavors. Distilled carefully to remove harsh elements, the spirit is then aged to achieve a smooth profile. A rich infusion of quandongs—an indigenous semi-sweet peach—along with select herbs and roots, adds complexity and a distinctive fruity aroma. Served Up.
 
(1) Over fruit:
Pour over strawberries + top with cream.
 
(2) In an Aviation:
45ml gin + 30ml Naked Maraschino + 15ml lemon juice. Shake with ice and strain into a Martini glass.
