Shipping Policy

Flavour Republic Pte Ltd. engages NinjaVan for all domestic shipments within Singapore.

• Delivery Charges: A flat fee of SGD 5 $ is charged for orders with a subtotal below SGD $100. Orders amounting to SGD $100 or more qualify for complimentary delivery.
• Delivery Address: Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer in the order.
• Authority to Receive: Any individual present at the delivery address who accepts the goods is presumed to be authorized to do so and must be 18 years of age or older.
• Transfer of Responsibility: Title and risk for the products pass to the customer upon delivery. The customer assumes full responsibility for the goods once received.
• Unattended Delivery: For security reasons, we require a signature for all deliveries. Drivers are instructed not to leave packages unattended at the delivery location.

All delivery services are contingent upon the availability of the ordered products.
