Hazelnut Affogato
A sublime and sophisticated dessert cocktail that marries the rich, bitter intensity of freshly pulled espresso with the sweet, nutty warmth of hazelnut liqueur. Served over a cloud of vanilla ice cream, it is a truly decadent finale to any evening.

Chilled Coupe or Rocks Glass
Ingredients:

1 large scoop of premium Vanilla Ice Cream

30 ml (1 oz) freshly brewed Espresso, hot

15 ml (0.5 oz) Hazelnut Liqueur

A few Roasted Coffee Beans, for garnish
Method:

Place a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream into the chilled glass.
