Ingredients:

30 ml (1 oz) Amaretto

45 ml (1.5 oz) Brandy (such as St Agnes VSOP)

15 ml (0.5 oz) Amaro (such as Autonomy Distillers Amaro)

8 drops Orange Bitters
Method:

Fill a mixing glass with fresh ice.

Add all the ingredients: Amaretto, brandy, amaro, and orange bitters.

Stir gently and deliberately for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
